News: Wolfie 🐺 made a new visualizer
Disclaimer: Matchup Chart does not account for Abilities, Gender, Weather, Stat changes, current PP, or other modifiers. Damage percentages shown are at ×1.0 Random modifier, with maximum hits, with Same Type Attack Bonus, assuming level 100, and Generation 4 stats. The calculation is an approximation and may be off by a few points. (Some integer division missing and/or out of order operations.)
This is a very simple visualizer based on the style of Felkcraft's visualizer. It presents the current match in a 3 by 3 grid showing damages and effectiveness.
You read the left Pokémon, representing the Blue Team, and then towards the right Pokémon, representing the Red Team. The corresponding square contains the speed hint and damage information.
The colored shape represents who is faster: blue, red, or green if a speed tie.
The type efficacy is shown as a fraction if it can be computed. Otherwise, it will show a circle saying it may work or a cross saying it may not work. If the damage can be computed, it is shown as a percentage dealt to the maximum HP of the foe. Click the percentage to see minimum damage known as the "damage roll". This calculation also includes the Same Type Advantage Bonus or "STAB".
Each Pokémon has their HP, Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed shown. Moves are shown with Accuracy in percentage, PP, Base Power, and Priority.
To properly use the visualizer, please study the abilities and move descriptions. This visualizer is very basic and should be used as a rough guide.
